Addiction : Cracked And Unloaded
About Lesson

The Adventure Zone is where we go to Learn, Explore, and Discover who we are. This is the 2nd Ethical Stage.

It is the “Open” Stage of Learning.

If we are not “Open,” then we cannot, will not learn.

If we cannot “Close,” then we will get “stuck” in the “Open” position and we will not learn.

Self-Regulation is mandatory for Learning to take place. If you are not Disciplined in the Self-Regulation Skill… if you do not know how to regulate your “Open” and “Close,” then you will not learn.

In Healing and Recovery, this is your First Mission:

To learn how to “Open” and “Close.”

“Open” is when you are stuck in No Man’s Land and you are Absorbing EVERYTHING from Prolonged Exposure (Empaths! I’m looking at you).

“Closed” is when you are stuck in The Escape Room and you cannot Ground or Energize yourself Efficiently to “Open.”

For Teachers and Parents, this is their greatest obstacle in reaching students.

Learning will not happen without Self-Regulation.

The Adventure Zone is where Learning Takes place. After the Genie Bottle, only then can an Individual enter and Navigate The Adventure Zone.

I have a Game designed to Nourish this Concept.

In our PANDO Community, we have a “Make-Believe” Group where you can go to play. We use Play to master this skill. (Link Coming Soon).
