Trauma Dumping.
It is not something I condone. I believe focusing on negative and traumatic events, strongly changes the hormonal balance in the brain that enhances depression and, in people like me, trauma survivors who are hard wired to respond to trauma, trauma dumping leads to re-trauma.
Therefore, I will be writing this next segment to you in parts. I will be listening to my body and, when I feel my emotions shift, I will pause, walk away, and administer self-care to counter the hormones in my brain.
It will take me several entries to cover everything.
I am reporting on all of my findings best to my ability with what I know about Psychology, Philosophy, and Psychology. I intend to be thorough and will be divulging as much information as I can to assist with your research and my own.
