The Educator’s Learning Formula was removed from our System 2,000 Years ago. I am in the process of Restoring The Educator’s Learning Formula, which has posed the Question “Where do I insert The I.V.?”

Step #1 “The Cave” by Plato
I look inside the Cave. It’s rotted and festered. There only is Poison to drink. There are Liars and Fools and those who don’t want to be a Liar or a Fool. But the Liars fool the Fools. And the Fools serve the Liar to convince the Non-Liar and Non-Fool.
And no one leaves the Cave.
So I bring them Fresh Water — The Water of Life — and Cookies with Heavy Nutrition, and I teach them about Poison so they don’t Drink. And I give them Nourishment, which they have never seen.
They don’t know to know. The Catch-22 of Ignorance is a Death Sentence of Evolution and Growth. How do I segue into their Catch-22 of not knowing? Where is the segue Point?

Step #2 “The Liar, The Fool, and The Student” as told by The Master, “The Forgotten Narrator”
The Liar beats me and slanders me. The Liar attacks me and ridicules and mocks me.
The Fool contradicts me and preaches The Liar’s Words at me, bragging their Perspective when I have no interest in hearing the Perspective of Fools or Liars as I’ve already exhausted that Study.
I am only looking for The Student who does not want to be A Liar or A Fool.
Right here. This right here is where I struggle. How do I find the Non-Liar and the Non-Fool? How do I speak to the Curious so that they may find me so they may find the way out of the Cave where they are giving Poison to eat?

How do I sit down with The Student and The Curious to say, “Can you tell the Difference between The Liar, The Fool, and The Student?”
I ask them, “Have you ever heard of The Story of The Fool who believed he was The Student while following and Serving and Preaching The Liar?”
I Offer them The Story of The Liar, The Fool, and The Student.
Can you tell The Liar from The Fool from The Student? What makes a Fool? If you do not know and cannot explain it simply, then how do you know if you are The Fool or The Student?
I Offer them How To Tell The Liar from The Fool from The Student and How To Make Sure You are Not A Fool or A Liar.
Can you tell a Liar from Truth? If not, then how do you know when someone Lies to you or speaks Truth?
I Offer them How To Tell Lies from Truth.
Can you tell Poison Information from Nutritional Knowledge? If not, then how do you know when someone gives you Poison Information or Nutritional Knowledge?
I Offer them How To Tell Poison Information from Nutritional Knowledge.
Can you tell what Quality is and how it relates to Logical Sequence and Story and How Quality measures Poison from Nutrition? If not, then how do you know Low Quality from High Quality?
I Offer them How To Regulate Your Quality Metric.
I felt like I was finally right On Point.
Step #3 “The Teacher (The Sheep and The Master) vs. The Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing (The Liar and The Fool)
What is the Job of The Teacher? What is Teacher?
The Un-bias Teacher vs. The Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing.
What is The Student supposed to be Learning?
Step #4 “The Point,” Plato’s Point, and Hamartia
“On Point” vs. “Off Point.” This is actually one of the “Sin” — Let’s call that “Ethical Violation” — that Jesus talks about. “Missing The Point” is The Primary Ethical Violation known as Hamartia (ἁμαρτία) in Ancient Greek and it means “Missing The Mark.”
Note : The Majority of all “Sin” mentioned in the Bible is Hamartia (ἁμαρτία).
Step #5 “The Poiotestat” and Quality. The Degrees of Freedom : “The Educator’s Learning Formula”
Quality is the only thing that prevents Hamartia. Nothing else. Hitting The Point is done Mathematically and requires Bernstein’s The Degrees of Freedom, The Educator’s Learning Formula, and The Poiotestat to prevent Hamartia from occurring.
Quality is what Defines Environment that determines the Probability of “Hitting” or “Missing The Point” through the Preservation of Integrity using Logic. Without Logic, you lose Integrity and thus Quality. Logic Nourishes and Strengthens Quality.
For this reason, if you teach a Student Logic, they will be able to figure everything else out on their own. This is why The Greeks referred to God as “Logos,” which also meant “Word.”
Step #6 Open Word Writing vs. Closed Word Writing
Words Open and Close The Mind. Writers can be Open Word Writers or Closed Word Writers.
- The Liar Manipulates and trains Wolves.
- The Fool claims to be The Master and is The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing while believing they are a Sheep. The Fool doesn’t know to look for the Sheep vs. The Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing.
- The Student Looks to learn from the Sheep and knows how to tell Sheep from Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing.
- The Master Knows and Teaches Truth.
Step #7 The Ethics of The Writer (The Teacher)
The Ethics of Writers (Teachers) who Manipulate Open Word Writing and Closed Word Writing to Manipulate Narrative.
“Teaching” is the Process that takes place in the “Esoteric Doing” of Practice where the “Teacher” is most absent.” For this reason, “Teachers” are really “Instructors” or “Guides.”
Ranks of Skill are correctly used instead.

The Learning Environment provides the Nourishment of the Lotus Flower to rise from the Mud and Open Organically on its own.
The False Teacher is The Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing and Manipulates Word Writing to Manipulate Minds.
The Teacher’s first Law is “Your Student will grow on without you.” You are growing your Student into Independence away from you. Which means the Student is really learning how to be A Self-Teacher.
Step #9 The Student’s and Reader’s Judgement
Readers must be educated in this.
“Title Absorption for Self-Agenda” is “The Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing.”
There is Intuitive “Knowing” and “Knowing well enough to Identify.” There is Knowing well enough to explain it Simply.
Step #10 The Point of Learning
Our Lives are built on (1) Setting up our System and Story (2) Regulating Resources for Nourishment (3) Taking The Story to The Next Chapter better than when we Inherited it. This is Progress.
Having the Skills to Diagnose our Story Sequence and Automate it. Automating our Story Sequence to Auto-Regulate.
This is what The Instructor (Teacher) is to do.
Step #11 The Components of Learning : Healthy Teacher + Learning Environment + Consenting Student
To do this, you must provide The Learning Environment that Communicates to the Student “This is a Safe Place to Open Your Mind.”
But, if there are Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing in the Learning Environment, the Child will sense it instantly and never Open to Learn.

What do I do when someone who is not Qualified asks me to Teach under them, when they speak on The Ousia Journey that they know nothing about?
