I love to podcast. It truly is one of my favorite joys. Every now and then, I say something that is so profound, I can’t not share.
This is one of those times.
I spoke to a Neuroscientist yesterday, Morry, who does work with Triliminals. His own invention that combines Neuro-programming with subliminal messaging designed to deliberately target the correct brain chemistry in order to switch the polarity of the Emotional Mental Environment from negative thinking over to positive thinking.
We spoke for nearly 2 hours yesterday on my Triadic Healing and his work with neuroscience. When we were done, we had the beginnings of a project in the works.
A year ago, I discovered that Mental Illnesses are caused by “Learned Fears” that embed into our Cognitive Core as “Beliefs” in disguise to alter our Behavior to “keep us safe.” And, I discovered which “Fear Beliefs” cause each mental illness. My research has proven that these beliefs are not different for every person, but are in fact, the same for every mental illness.
For example : “Love means being needed so I will be seen and visible and accepted or wanted” is the core Fear Belief for co-dependency.
Narcissism? “Love is needing others so I feel safe and in control.”
Correct those Fear Beliefs, and you eliminate the Mental Illness. I used marijuana, meditation, and Positive Affirmations on myself with Logical argument and debate to remove my own Fear Belief for Co-Dependency.
Within two hours, my co-dependency was and is still gone.
I have tried this with Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Suicidal Ideation, and Depression … Linking the corresponding Fear Belief with the resulting Mental Illness.
Today, I have a clean bill of health and no Mental Illness since April 2023.
Morry and I will be working together to create one of his Triliminals with my scripts designed to remove these Fear Beliefs in addition to switching the polarity of the Subconscious Mind from negative thinking over to positive thinking.
These Triliminals will be included in my DIY Triadic Healing later this year, 2023.
But something Morry said to me yesterday stuck with me. “We have thoughts for a reason.”
He proceeded to explain how thoughts and words result in chemical reactions in the brain. And then, he talked to me about “Now.”
Time.
Something I have been perplexed about all my life.
In 2022, I worked my last “job.” I simply could not tolerate the Rat Race or the enslavement of the 9-5 job any more. I quit and put all my trust into my resourcefulness, the Universe, and my powers of Manifestation.
Manifestation perplexed me due to my logic. I had overwhelming personal evidence that Manifestation worked, but… the logic was wrong. Everything everyone told me, did not make logical sense.
I have 30 years of Philosophy, Sociology, and Psychology under me. Manifestation was illogical… and true. I set to work over the last year analyzing the “real” how behind Manifestation.
And today, I found it.
But first… I wish to talk about Time.
Time, in the world of Psychology and Perspective, is an abstract concept abusers use to project their need to feel in control on others. Employers use Time to terrorize employees.
“Do X on this deadline or your survival will be compromised.”
Mental anxiety and trauma results in employees who, for the most part, are already mentally unstable due to personal traumas. Fun Fact : The United States loses 69 Billion dollars every year due to Mental Illness related absences and mistakes in the work place.
Mental Illness among the working class is a real and very severe unaddressed problem (My Triadic Healing resolves that).
When I left the Rat Race, time ceased to exist. It’s why, when we are on holiday, we “loose track” of time. Because… there are no bullies using this abstract to abuse us. Time Abuse is the most abused form of enslavement.
After my conversation with Morry yesterday, I couldn’t stop thinking about Time. He talked to me about “Being in the Now” and how “Now” is the only actual place we can be. That “the past” and “the future” technically, do not exist.
This got me thinking about Perspective Psychology.
What is Time?
Time is not linear.
Time is Abstract.
Time does not exist.
Time is irrelevant.
Time is the metric we attempt to apply to Memory.
If Time is all of these things, then, how is it, I can live and exist outside of it while I watch others stress and obsess about it. My 16 year old daughter was frantic this morning over “not having enough time” to complete an assignment that was due in school this morning. The only “time” she did not have was the “time” that the Teacher put on her. Remove the Teacher’s Expectations, and the concept of “Time” ceases to exist.
My New York City Landlord says, “Pay the rent when you have it. No worries.” (True story) and I have no Time Pressure with my rent due date. There is no due date. I pay it whenever. Time does not exist in my world.
So what is Time really if it is a subjected experience put on us by the expectations of others?
Time is Perspective.
Morry showed me a computer mouse yesterday and asked me, “What is this?”
I looked at the angle of the mouse and I said, “It’s a mouse.”
He turned the mouse over to show me the top of the mouse. “What is this?”
“A different Perspective,” I said.
He rotated the mouse again, showing me the back of the mouse. “What is this?”
“A different Perspective,” I said again, and I saw.
Time is Perspective.
Take my words, and walk with me through my mind.
If Time is not linear, then it is a Fixed Point.
I watch Doctor Who every night. The Doctor loves to talk about Fixed Points and I thought, “Isn’t every Point in Time a Fixed Point?”
Imagine you are in a ship at sea, and you look out on the horizon and you see a line. The horizon. Would you think that the sea is linear?
But if we shift our Perspective so we are looking down at the sea, we will see no horizon, we will see the fluid movement of the surface of the water.
There is no line. There is no “Fixed” point for the point, the world, us, Perspectives are forever moving. We Evolve. We are in a constant state of evolution with abstract and linear concepts that seek to secure us in a Fixed point to avoid Change so that as our Evolution and world shifts, our Perspective remains Fixed.
Cognitive Dissonance is the core of all pain.
And is we live in a state of past trauma or pining of a future, then we have shifted ourselves out of alignment from our ever shifting Perspective of Now.
Cognitive Dissonance is the misaligned Perspective of our rejection of change in an ever-changing Perspective.
Imagine that the only Truth is existing within Your Perspective in the Now.
Morry, a Neuroscientist and I, a Philosopher of 30 years and a Perspective Psychologist of 30 years both agree that “Truth” does not exist. Therefore, Truth does not exist.
Permission to laugh.
Truth is always only subjective because it only ever defined by a single individual’s Perspective. Truth does not exist.
If “Now” was a concept where we could exist within a single Point of View, observing what “IS” instead of what “Did” or what “Will,” then, when we are focused on our past, we are, in fact, existing in a Point of View outside of the present Perspective.
And if we focus on the future and what will be or what should be then, we are existing on the outside of our present Point of View instead of within the Present Point of View.
This misalignment is an existence where our mind and body exist in two separate points at the same time. That is Cognitive Dissonance. The greatest pain of all.
In Manifestation, the focus is Gratitude.
Abundance. Positivity. Optimism.
But what Gratitude really is, is the focus on the Now. When we wish something, it immediately becomes, but we focus so strongly on what is in our future, that we stop living in the moment. We fail to see what we have already right in front of us.
When I lived upstate during my years as a slave, I had a bird garden. I miss my birds. Every day, I wish for my birds. Every morning, I sit at my kitchen table with my coffee, watching the birds outside my window wishing for birds.
What do I think I was looking at?
While I pondered this, just this morning, I was looking at family of European Starlings, wishing I had my birds. I could not see that I already had my birds because I was focused on the future and the past.
In that sudden realization, my Perspective shifted to the Present and all at once, I had my birds.
Time is Perspective.
Trauma Healing is shifting your Perspective from the Past and putting your Mind into the Present.
