Triadic Healing On Emotions

I have tried recording Videos on Emotions and, no matter how much I try, I just can’t bring myself to talk on Emotions. The reason? It’s so boring for me that the subject drains all motivation from me! *lol* So I’m trying it here with writing it all down. Apparently, my Identity and Intuition enjoys this format.

So! Emotions!

Emotions and Feelings are not the same thing. They are very different.

Feelings are A State Of Being and are Permanent. Like love. Have you ever noticed how love, when it’s real, it starts of slow and warm and it grows, gaining strength over time.

Anxiety doesn’t do that. Fear comes in with a punch and runs away again. Sadness hits sudden. Confusion is instantaneous.

Emotions are Temporary. Feelings are YOU. They don’t change no matter how much you might. The problem is, Emotions have a talent for disguising themselves as feelings. They can mimic feelings, suppress feelings and take over a situation. Emotions can and do move and act with an Agenda.

Emotions are logical.

The problem with the current model, The Emotional Wheel, is that this assumes a one-size-fits-all approach to Emotions, and that simply is not the case. It also ignores the fact that certain emotions are “married” to each and play a vital role with each other. Furthermore, The Wheel assumes that emotions “evolve” like Pokèmon that “level” up. But there are gaps in this theory. It’s vague and inprecise. It also fails to explain or address things like “Compound Emotions,” “Motivator Emotions,” and “Red Flag” Emotions. It neglects “The Emotional Spectrum,” and presents an inaccurate model of how emotions work, what they are for, and how to use them as an integration into your system.

What Are Emotions

Emotions are the “check engine lights” of your Subconscious Health. An emotion either communicates to you …

  • 1 – Everything is good – Keep doing what you are doing.
  • 2 – Something is wrong – Action is needed.

Which actions is needed depends solely on WHERE the Emotion comes from.

Emotions come from your 6 Part Mental System. Five parts of this 6-Part Mental System can and do produce emotions.

The 6 Parts of your Mental System are:

  1. Your Identity
  2. Your Intuition
  3. Your Ego / Conscious Awareness
  4. Your Defense System
  5. Your Fear System
  6. Your Cognitive Core and it’s Processing

Understanding the purpose, Agenda, and role of your 6-Part Mental System goes a long way to help you understand which emotions come from which part of you, so you know how to handle each emotion as it comes up.

Emotions are not a “one-size-fits-all.” How to handle each emotion determines how each emotion needs to be handled. More specifically, each emotional source tells you which actions need to be taken.

Your Identity

100% of your Identity Emotions are Joy and Love based. This is 100% what you want, what you dream, what you desire, what you love. Either your Identity wants or your Identity does not want. Either you Identity desires or it does not.

The things your Identity desires and wants DEFINE it. Define you. The things your Identity does not like, desire, or want, are the things that do not “feel good” to it. Comfort, Discomfort, missing someone, pining, longing, aching, wishing, celebrating all come from the Identity.

The action is simple. Either Do or Do Not.

  • If you desire and you cannot have, discomfort results.
  • If you desire and you say nothing, invalidation occurs, discomfort results.
  • If someone abuses you, you will feel discomfort. Significant discomfort becomes emotional pain.
  • Emotional Pain is from your Identity screaming out “I want.”

When you want, desire, long, pine, wish, Your Identity MUST, without exception SPEAK with words. Either in a journal, out loud, to someone who your Identity desires to pass on the message to.

If you do not speak your desires and let them be known, your Identity feels invalidated, suppressed, ignored, invisible, rejected, abandoned, unseen. These are the emotions of the Identity. She is the core source to your pain and pleasure.

Always do what your Identity needs, desires, wants, and wishes. Always. Without exception. The more you practice this, the more you lead an Authentic Life and your pain reduces and vanishes.

Identity is always felt in your Heart Chakra.

Proper action : Communicate and Verbalize exactly what it is you want and need. This validates the desires of the heart and validates the Identity.

Your Intuition

Your Intuition is the Engineer who serves Identity. While Identity is Dreamer of your Life Journey who determines all headings and destinations, it is Intuition who tells you HOW you get there by telling you via emotions WHEN and HOW you should move.

Intuition’s Emotions are few and simple. They are PRIMITIVE.

  • Yes
  • No
  • wait
  • Run

That is it. Intuition “feels” based solely on what Identity wants and desires. Also, by what Identity does not want. Intuition then pushes and pulls on your Conscious Awareness like strings on a puppet guiding you to, from, away, and around situations to get Identity where it is she wants to go.

Intuition is felt in your gut, around your navel or the Solar Plexus.

Intuition works beautifully with Identity and the Ego in partnership to sail and steer you through life to where it is you want to go. “Manifestation” is JUST operating your Self-Sailing System.

Proper action : Do exactly what the Intuition says, no matter what. “Trust your gut.”

Your Ego / Conscious Awareness

The Ego is not a “what.” The Ego is a “Who.” And the Ego is YOU. Your Consciousness. Your Ego is the one reading this article. Your Five Senses belong to the Ego. Either you have an Ego that is AWARE (knowledgable and informed… educated) or your Ego is UNAWARE (Ignorant, Naive… UN-Educated).

In most cases, the Ego is unaware of the workings of the Subconscious Mind and the operation of your 6-Part Mental System because you have not been taught. Because, until now, no one has had access to this knowledge.

Your Ego has an Agenda and a role. The role of your Ego is to Captain and Manage your Mental Health Operating System. Your Agenda is to “Pursue Happiness.” In order to “Pursue your happiness,” you need to captain and manage your Mental Health Operating System. When your Ego is in top, operating function, I call this “Optimum Mental Wealth.”

Your Ego (Your Conscious Awareness) does not produce Emotions. In fact, your Ego is the receiver of all emotions. The Ego’s sole agenda and purpose is to receive emotions to Captain the entire Unit to ensure all 6-Parts of your Mental System are up and operating smoothly.

Without a trained Ego, emotions bombard the Ego who, without Conscious Awareness or Training, usually suppresses and refuses all emotions leading to Emotional overwhelm, Mental Disorder and chaos, and a Rogue Subconscious Mind and Fear System that attempt to run and operate the unit void of Conscious Awareness resulting in significant Mental Illnesses. The cause of all Mental Illness is Ignorance.

Mental Illness is the affliction of the uneducated.

Your Defense System

Your Defense System is the least understood part of your Mental System. And the most important part that ensures Optimum Mental Wealth and Balanced Function.

Your Defense System is linked to the Identity. When Identity does not get what she wants, the Defense System steps in. This is healthy.

Managing our Defense System is VITAL in maintaining our safety, our Mental Wealth, and nurturing our Healthy, ideal lifestyle.

100% of all Emotions that come from our Defense System are love-based. This is because the Defense System’s Agenda is to DEFEND Identity. The Defense System and all emotions communicated from the Defense System are LOVE-BASED.

The Emotions that come from the Defense System are:

  • Anger
  • Frustration
  • Annoyance
  • Discomfort
  • Overwhelm
  • Confusion
  • Jealousy (A Complex Emotion)
  • Upset
  • Pain

The message from the Defense System is simple: “DEFEND the System. We are under attack.”

The Defense System is made up of The Communication System and Boundary Setting. Just like Identity’s wants and desires must be communicated, likewise, the Defense System’s dislikes must be communicated because the Defense System is part of Identity.

Failure to activate the Communication System and Boundary Setting results in The Fear System being Activated… and now… we have a problem.

Proper Action : Communication. You must vocalize your desires and displeasures through Asserting yourself with words and boundaries and be ready to take action to enforce your boundaries if the assault or disrespect continues.

Your Fear System

The Defense System is from the Heart Chakra. The Fear System is in the Mind. The Subconscious Mind, to be precise. The Fear System gets activated by the Subconscious Mind only when the Defense System fails to protect the Identity either through communication and boundary Setting or through the Reinforcement of your boundary.

The Fear System has one emotion that warps, evolves, and shapes into several other emotions. The most common of these is

  • Fear
  • Guilt

Fear runs and operates solely on one concept: [Blank] isn’t safe.

Fear takes these “Fear lessons” and embeds the fears into the Cognitive Core, disguising the fears as beliefs in an attempt to “Keep you safe.”

Proper Action : Validate, Empathize, Soothe, and Reassure your Fear System. Fears seek comfort, which is only obtained through Communication and the Validation of the concerns. Reminding the Fear System that Improbable Fictions are just that and walk the Fear System through “Worst case scenarios” to shift the Fear System from “Improbable Fictions” to more realistic forecasting, then eliminate “Story Hypothesis” altogether by keeping an open-mind.

Your Cognitive Core

The Cognitive Core is the Five-Part Internal System designed to understand the Processing of Information and Data into Perspectives.
