The Healing Garden Homeschooling Guide and Walkthrough
About Lesson

Tier #1 is the Resources and Classes. This is where the Trainer interacts with your Child. This is the Information and the Resources. A healthy Child will manage this stage on their own. With proper parenting, the child will regulate this stage on their own and/or with minimal help from parents or supervisors.

Tier #2 is the Organization and the “Syllabus.” It is the “Check List” to make sure your child is learning everything in Sequential Order. This is the stage where the child can still (and should) be in charge of their Education. It is the Logical Sequence Building of their Learning Journey of the Discovered Self. The Tracking System is vital to this Stage.

This is where the Supervisor oversees the Child and needs to provide Training Wheels to Empower the Child to take over their own Education. Think about the Parent who holds onto the back of the bike for balance, while the child learns to integrate the motor skills with the Balancing Skill. And then the Parent lets go. By the 2nd Grade, the Supervisor should be letting go.

IMPORTANT : At this time, the current and traditional Sequence is incorrect, contains gaps, and is out of Natural Sequence, which is compliant with Mother Nature. The Healing Garden corrects this Sequence so your child learns in the Correct Sequential Order and also fills in all the gaps. The incorrect Sequence is why 98% of Adults do not feel their Education was Relevant to Real Life or was adequate. An Educational System will not be Relevant unless it is complete.

With the exception of Drama People, Theater and Stage, Linguistics, Word Building, Logic, and Integrated Mathematics is what 100% of all of us were and are missing from our Traditional Education, which is the Bridge between Art and Science and is the Heart of Communication, Comprehension, Connection, and Human Circuitry

Tier #3 The next tier is where Supervisors accumulate the Tests and Records to provide proof to the Government that the Child has completed their Curriculum. Submission of those records is vital to Homeschooling and is where a lot of Parents feel the pressure and anxiety.

IRL Trainers will work closely with the Supervisor at this stage.

Tier #4 This is the Headmaster who oversees the Quality. Are the resources of the highest Quality? Is the Supervisor maintaining the Highest Quality of Learning Environment? Are 2nd Graders Independent and taking over in their own Educational Journey? Are the children learning how to Self-Regulate their own Education? Is Life-Learning and high Quality being taught to the Child? Is the child learning how to steer and Navigate their own Education?

“Tell me about your Learning Journey,” is a very different question that communicates a very different vibe, message, and expectation than “Did you do this? Did you do that? Did you…” as the Enabling Parent walks the child through their own Check List and Syllabus.

It’s a completely different mentality, isn’t it?

Regardless of whether or not you choose to Homeschool, you — The Parent — is The Headmaster. The Supervisor is the Monitor who organizes everything.

The Trainer is the Master of the Vocation who regularly practices and hones their Skills in the Field. The Trainer is what defines Quality of Education.

At the Healing Garden, only Trainers are allowed to Teach. And all Trainers are Masters of their Vocation or higher. This is to secure the Standard to give Headmasters a peace of mind.

In Traditional Schools, “Teachers” are actually Apprentices in their fields of study as they are not actually practicing their Subject of Study at all. They are Supervisors with no Hands-On Experience. This is why the Quality of Education in the US is so low.

No one is learning from Masters. Which is also why the Educational Process takes so long. Masters know how to Simplify and Condense. They will teach a lot in a very short period of time.

In Colleges and University, the majority of Professors juggle their Teaching with Hands-On Field Practice. As a result, the majority of Professors at University are  Masters or Higher.
