I use the 12 Ethics. My Self Care is cleaning out my RAS twice a day and regularly utilizing the Mental Discipline of Diversified Thought, while pausing in my day to Savor Joy.
Yeah, this is a total, Do as I do! Not as I say! In hindsight, I would say the “Self-Care” that I used to get through my day was so inadequate, that I upgraded it to this and settled on it.
This is all I need.
No. I don’t meditate. I don’t breath. I don’t do yoga. I don’t exercise. I don’t take meds. I shower and Manifest. I learn and Educate. I pause to Savor and Enjoy, but most of all, I Self-Regulate (3rd Ethic) and I listen to my Body, My Intuition, The Universe, and My Identity.
I manage and regulate my Logical Health and my Story Health.
I use the 4th Ethic to preserve and Protect my Mind and my Body. And I do this 24/7, every day, from sun up to sun down.
I never forget the 12 Ethics.
