From 1992 to 2024 (and on), all I did was study Ancient Greek Philosophy. In 2024, I poured all that I knew into The Triadic Healing Book Series… including The Healing Garden Handbook For Optimum Learning.
24 September 2024, I found a company — The Trading Cafe — who did for Investment Trading the exact same thing I did for The Healing Garden.
It was eerie. Their Language was the same as mine. The Exact same. Their metaphors. Their Values and Ethics. Their techniques. They even use a Mount Everest example, just like me. Mother Nature has Common Denominators. And this day, I have 6 Data Points. Oh, yeah. My next Research Phase is going to be *very* exciting.
They used Education-Focused Abstracts, Data Analysis, Research, and Science.
I used a rare Philosophy called Vitalogical Physics, which trains the Philosopher to use Logic, Data Analysis, Math, Research, Pythagorean Psychology, Physics, and Biology to figure stuff out.
Our findings were Identical.
Identical.
This is a Testament to Ancient Greek Philosophy.
This is what The Healing Garden trains our Supervisors and Students in.
The Difference between our school and all others — except for The Trading Cafe — is we apply the Science of Learning that all others Schools know about and ignore. The data I am sharing with you is not new. Some of it was discovered and proven in 1960. Some in 1990. Some in 1998 and it is all documented. The material I use was discovered and known by Zoroaster, Pythagoras, Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle.
This is not new. Traditional Educators and schools refuse to use it. I have been waiting since 1998 for them to utilize it. I thought that is what the Core Curriculum was about. I’m done waiting for them to putting into action The Science of Optimized Learning.
The Healing Garden Implements it. That is why we are different and The Healing Garden supervisors are trained to preserve these standards. They are the Guardians of The Standard. This is what it means to work for The Healing Garden.
My Philosophers are the Guardians of The Educational Standard. It is a Knighthood and one I do not take lightly.
A student does not have a “Learning Style.” This is a lie that Traditional Educators made up. There is no such thing as a “Learning Style.” There is no evidence or Science that backs this up.
All Learning by 100% of all Animals, Plants, Fungus, and Humans follows The Learning Sequence.
In Learning, you are not special. No one is. Subconscious Minds are not Special. Identities are Special. Subconscious Minds are predictable computers that run on a Metaheuristic Algorithm that is painfully boring when known. Subconscious Minds learn. Identities Dream. Which is VERY, VERY important.
Learning requires Three Things:
- Knowledge of What, Why, and Relativity to Self (Philosophy, Plan, and Theory)
- The Order and The Learning Sequence Journey (The Doing and The Dissection)
- The Problem Solving Process in Application (Questions and Discussion + Scientific Method)
The Student has to know about The Learning Journey. This is called Metacognitive Awareness. It means you have to know the Outline and the Plan and the Why of Learning before you learn.
You have to know The Sequence. All Learning is done with the Formula .<>. , which is Math for Plato’s Point +> Reverse Engineering (Disintegration) +> Reconstruction (Integration) +> Plato’s Point.
No exceptions.
The Plato’s Point of all Learning *is* the Metacognitive Awareness Plan of Why we are Learning X and the Plan.
The Reverse Engineering is the breakdown and Mastery of all the Components. One at a time. It is the “Assembly Line” of Learning. And then… you Stack them (Integrate them), but before you can combine all the skills, you have to learn them one by one.
3) The Order in which you learn them is VITAL to your Learning. And you have to be aware of the Order (Metacognitive Awareness) to expedite your learning.
A Good Teacher will always give you Part #1 of Learning, which is the Plan, The Sequence, The Order, The why of Learning, and the Relevancy of the Material BEFORE they begin you on Skills. This is Theory.
A Bad Teacher will skip Part #1 of the Learning Process.
Part #2 is the Practice and Skill Application in Practical Practice. It must be Practical Practice. If you do not fit the Practice into your Life Stream for Practicality, then the inconvenience will create more obstacles.
The Learning Sequence of All Learning is the 1) Scientific Method and 2) Mental Diversification with 3) Your Problem Solving Kit. No matter what you do, this is what you will be doing.
The Sequence Journey and Dissection is:
- Vocabulary
- Pattern Recognition
- Component Study of Common Denominators
- Dissection Inside to Outside and in Order
- Position and Location
You are Dissecting each stage of the Journey. First Stage #1, then Stage #2, then Stage #3, Then Stage #4… and so on.
A Good Teacher will keep you on the Sequence, will let you know if a Question will interrupt your Focus, will provide you with the RIGHT Questions to steer your Focal Point back on track.
A Bad Teacher will have you study whatever their Superiors told them to pass on to you.
Technique is the tools you use to accomplish Sequence Journey and Dissection.

Now, you need to know what a Philosopher really is. Next Lesson.
Theory prepares you for the Journey. Without Theory, you are not at all prepared for the Sequence Dissection Journey.
A Good Teacher will teach you only this, which is The Learning Skill, and you will Master your Learning Skill with practice so you can apply it to ALL Academic Disciplines.
The better at this you get, the Faster you learn.
NEVER CONSENT TO LEARN FROM A TEACHER WHO CANNOT / DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE SEQUENCE AND THEORY OF LEARNING PRIOR TO BEGINNING.
A Good Teacher will present Theory and then provide one or two examples.
A Bad Teacher will only use Examples, and will provide 40+ Examples for you to copy. This is called “Example Learning” and is NOT Teaching or Learning at all. This is a Red Flag that you are being scammed.
The Good Teacher will then use the Sequence and the Focal Point to keep you inside The Learning Journey.
A Bad Teacher will be unaware of the Sequence.
By the way… You reading this book *is* Metacognitive Awareness. It is the “Missing Ingredient” of all education. And when applied to Mental Health and a Healing Journey, Metacognitive Awareness *is* the Logical Comprehension that cures the Mental Illness.
Metacognitive Awareness is so important to our Logical Health that, without it, Insanity becomes us.
