About Lesson

The Skill of Savoring and Enjoying

Savoring and Enjoyment is best explained when we pause and sit. When we close our eyes and breathe deep the scent of our hot teas or coffees. When we slow sip, watch the trees in the sun, or open our chest and allow Nature to enter us.

Savoring is the Integration of Natural Energy entering into us like a “breath” we take into ourselves.

Pay attention to the feeling of Savoring. Listen to your body and Subconscious Mind “ask” for your to pause and take time to Savor and Enjoy.

It’s a Feeling of “restlessness” and “change of scene.” Pay attention.  This is a Life Skill and may take as little as 24 hours for you to adopt and integrate into your daily practice.

Self-Care is only effective if you enjoy it. The True Focus is to Savor Enjoyment.

Self-Care has two primary purposes:

  1. Grounding in the Body
  2. Energizing The Self with Positive Energy

If you are not Grounding or Energizing, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, then you the Self-Care you have selected is not for you.

The Self-Care Regimen is a list of tools selected to help you. These are the Eastern Practices that have been backed by Neuroscience and/or have substantial Scientific Research to back them up.

Our agenda is to sort the “fads” and “trends” from proven techniques that actually work. If there is something you have that you recommend, please let Anna know so she can dive into the credibility and merit.
