The Vetruvian Man was the first piece of “The Genius Game.” 

“Why the Vetruvian Man?” 

Vetruvius. One cannot study his work without seeing the 12 Ethics deeply embedded there, and Vetruvius studied Pythagoras… DaVinci could have used anyone for his Vetruvian Man.

One could conclude, very easily, that DaVinci would have been hearing about the work of Machiavelli and also may have even read The Prince.

There was “Information” that was allowed. And then there was “Education” which was punishable by prison, torture, and/or death. 

The Prince was welcomed by The People while any direct political uprising was banned. 

7th, 8th, and 9th Ethics teach us to transfer Energy into Action with Deliberation. And Creation and Art, Invention was allowed. 

Challenging the Authority was not. DaVinci showed us another way “to fight.” In the Pen.
