The first step that a Business Owner must take is realizing through education and Awareness, that by treating People like Tools is costing him and also, is hurting himself and his business.
It requires Valuing people so much that the Business Owner Prioritizes others. This starts with Self Love.
The First Step would be to check his own Mental Health and do the inner work. Not Valuing others always is a lack of the first 3 Ethics.
Second, Step, he has to commit to the Ethics and the Choice to do better.
The Third Step is coming up with a plan to change what his Employees and Patrons are for his business. In short, they are his Network and, the best Networks are those who nurture the Network and work for the People to nurture them.
The Fourth Step is to acknowledge that his Employees fall into 3 Types of Incentive-Driven Mindsets, each with their own agenda and Mindset that need help, nourishment and Opportunity.
This takes a business from “just a job” to a Family.
The Fifth Step is to end the Hierarchy in his Business by leveling the playing field with Equal Footing and learning how to Lead from the Bottom. Lead. Not Manage. COMPLETELY different Business Style.
This makes the Owner relateable and relevant to the People. Such actions speak to the people who then prioritize the Business to preserve the Owner’s Dream because the Owner first cared about them.
